With over 250 acres of land, we have the space and the facilities to host a variety of events. From group retreats, business training and team building weekends, family reunions, faith-based group gatherings, to weddings (and more!), we are certain that we have the facility perfect for your event.
That paired up with our competitive prices and our gorgeous and convenient location - 30 minute drive North & South on I-77 from Charleston and Ripley, WV respectively - Rippling Waters should be your go to place to host your event!

Kitchen
Are you planning an event that includes catering or needs a kitchen? We got you! Our commercial kitchen comes with two ranges, and plenty of space to cook, or set up the meals for your event. It also conveniently connects to the dining hall, which you can also book for your event.

Dining Hall
Conveniently located in the same building that houses our conference center, our dining hall can be booked for your next large event. Equipped with its own restrooms, we provide chairs and tables for you.
Capacity: 125 people with tables
Rate: $325/day
Conference Center
Our conference center is the perfect place to host a business training workshop or any group events such as a church retreat, or a wedding. The center can be booked a long with the kitchen and dining hall, or alone! We will also provide you with tables and chairs for your event. The facility is also equipped with restrooms and a nursery!
Capacity: 225 people (with tables and chairs), or 600 (with chairs only)

Round House
Our Round House is perfect for a youth group gathering! Be it after a graduation, a summer camping stay in our rustic cabins or as an addition to your large event. The Round House has stadium-like seating that can fit plenty of people as they cozy up around the fire, during those colder months.

Banner House
Are you looking for a barn-style venue for your event? Our versatile Banner House can be the site for your next gathering. Be it a concert, wedding, or any event you can imagine, we are sure the Banner House will be the perfect venue for you!

Swimming Pool
Are you looking to kick off the summer with a poolside party? Do you want to celebrate a birthday by the pool? Book our swimming pool for the day! With easy access from the main road, the swimming pool can be the perfect place for your girls (or boys) day as we welcome the summer, or take a break to cool off from the heat!
Capacity: 25 - 30 people
Rate: $150/ 2 hours (day rates are not available for the pool)
Lakeside Pavilion
The Lake Side Pavilion is another one of our versatile buildings that can be used for any event. From family reunions, group events, or youth groups, this facility is perfectly located by our White Swan Lake, with a gorgeous view of our historic Chapel. The building has a restroom, picnic tables, and vending machines.
Capacity: 125 people
Rate: $175/day
WCG Apartments
The apartments are conveniently located below McCormick Lodge, which is mere steps from the conference center, and a short walk from the Rustic Cabins. Which makes them perfect for groups leaders or event organizers to stay in. Their unique design includes a full kitchenette area that connects both apartments, with doors on each side of the kitchen that can be locked.
Capacity: 1-2 people per room

$85/day (for larger apt.)
$155/day for both
WCG Apartments are a package deal, we do not book the smaller apartment if the larger one is booked
